Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to review the below most frequently asked questions. However, we also know this may not cover all of your questions. What is QHHT
QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. It is a holistic healing modality that was developed by Dolores Cannon, a renowned American author and hypnotherapist. QHHT combines elements of hypnosis and past-life regression therapy to help individuals explore and heal physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.

Hypnosis: QHHT sessions typically begin with a deep state of relaxation and hypnosis induced by a trained QHHT practitioner. During this relaxed state, the individual's conscious mind is quieted, allowing access to the subconscious and higher consciousness.

Week Prior
Preparing for a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session involves both physical and mental preparation to ensure a successful and productive experience. Here are some steps to consider during the week leading up to your QHHT session:
1. Set Clear Intentions: Think about what you hope to achieve or gain from your QHHT session. Whether it's healing a specific issue, gaining clarity on a life situation, or exploring your spiritual journey, having clear intentions will help guide your session.
2. List & Review Your Questions: If you have specific questions or concerns you'd like to address during the session, write them down. Having a list of questions is helpful t ensure all your receive the answers for healing. Do NOT send questions prior to your session.
Day Of
1. NO smoking on site.
2. Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle: Leading up to your session, try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This includes getting enough sleep, eating balanced meals, staying hydrated, and avoiding excessive alcohol or recreational substances.
3. Reduce Stress: Try to minimize stressors in your life as much as possible in the days leading up to your session. Engage in relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga to calm your mind and create a conducive environment for your session.
4. Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water can help you stay hydrated and facilitate the relaxation process during your session.
5. Avoid Heavy Meals: It's a good idea not to eat a heavy or large meal immediately before your session, as it may make you feel uncomfortable during the hypnotic trance. Opt for a light meal or snack if necessary.
6. Prepare Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose and comfortable clothing to your session. You want to be relaxed and at ease during the experience.
7. Arrive on Time: Make sure you know the location of your QHHT session and arrive on time. Being punctual allows you to start the session in a calm and composed state.
8. Bring a Notebook: Consider bringing a notebook or journal with you to jot down any insights or messages you receive during the session. The information you gain can be valuable. REMEMBER - ALL SESSIONS ARE VIDEO RECORDED FOR YOUR TO WATCH AND HEAL ONGOING.
9. Open-Minded Attitude: Approach your QHHT session with an open mind and a willingness to explore your subconscious and higher self. Trust the process and the guidance of your practitioner.

DAYS Post Session
Rest, hydrate and eat healthy. Journal your thoughts as your Higher self/Subconscious continues to work. Watch your recorded session for 21 days to stay focused on your healing journey. If you feel more healing is necessary schedule other healing modalities with us. Our long term goal is to be a guide!
Month Post Session
